We are dedicated to fulfilling our vision by showcasing the love and kindness of Christ through various impactful initiatives. Our mission includes bringing souls to the true worship of Christ, teaching and preaching the unadulterated word of God, encouraging and developing the youth we serve, and engaging in outreach and missions. Together, we strive to make a meaningful difference in our community and beyond. Join us on this of faith and service.
About Us
Sanctuary of Praise and Worship Center
The Sanctuary of Praise and Worship Center is a non-denominational church. It was started in the home of our Senior Pastor and Founder, Elder Michelle Aldridge in January of 2004. As time passed the Church moved into a storefront on Guy R. Brewer Boulevard in Jamaica, New York. In late 2008 we moved into our present location which expanded in square footage in 2011.
Presently we Minister to the people of the Community which consists of the homeless and the disenfranchised. We give out clothing, food, school supplies and encouragement in our community. We believe in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and His saving power.
Sanctuary of Praise and Worship Center is a Christ-centered ministry committed to creating an atmosphere where lives are transformed through the power of God’s presence. We are a vibrant and welcoming community where individuals and families can grow in faith, experience authentic worship, and build meaningful relationships.
Our mission is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, inspire hope, and empower people to live purposeful, spirit-filled lives. Through passionate praise and worship, sound biblical teaching, and heartfelt fellowship, we aim to nurture spiritual growth and strengthen our connection with God and one another.
